As the leader of the Oregon Diversity Recruiting Council, he leads the effort in the Oregon & SW. Washington region to become more diverse and inclusive through intentional diverse recruiting initiatives.

ODRC uses surveys, interviews, and observation to conduct a comprehensive diversity audit.
Once we have executive buy-in, we oversee the implementation process from start to finish.
